My husband and I love Altitude! It is our favorite place in town! I We've had their steak and it's the best in town in our opinion. Our last visit we had our daughter and she was so impressed with the entire meal and attentiveness from our sweet server (who was able to get our food off the dinner menu even though it was lunch time) who took such good care of us. Thank you! Oh, and the Fried Pickles are DELISH!!!

Great food option in the downtown area of Laramie. The interior decor would be fitting for a business lunch or gathering with friends. We are promptly greeted and seated by the host upon arrival. Service was quick and I highly recommend the French Dip.

Enjoyed my meal here with a friend. I ordered the salmon, which was very tasty! my friend ordered the steak sandwich with a side Caesar salad and she enjoyed her meal. We both ordered desert. I ordered the cookie made in a mini cast iron pan, with vanilla ice cream with caramel. absolutely delish! My friend ordered the chocolate lava smores cake and she also enjoyed. We were seated in a booth towards the back, which was nice. Our waitress was friendly and dropped by several times to check on us. All in all, a good meal!

Food was great. I got the ribeye and it was overcooked but still was good. My niece got the fillet and it was cooked perfect. We also got the Brussels sprouts, a little sweet but tasty. The service was lacking. It wasn't busy, sat nite at like 7pm. And we only saw our waitress a couple times. She was very nice and got us our food but could have been more attentive. Otherwise 5 stars. Ambiance was good. Clean, good vibe. Couple TVs at bar with sports. Cool. Will come back the next time in Laramie.

Last night my bosses were in town and tasked me with finding a great steak. After a little research on Yelp! I narrowed that down to Altitude Chophouse. I made a reservation and I would highly suggest doing the same. This place gets really busy and for a reason. Inside is a great vibe of modern and Wyoming...super clean everywhere you look. Walked in and our table was already set up with ice water and ready to go. For food we started off with the pork nachos. These were absolutely delicious! Perfect spice level and they were just outstanding. Would come back just for these and a couple of beers. We all ordered the center cut rib eye and each of our steaks were perfectly cooked. Plus a rib eye of this quality for $40 is such a great deal. Seasoned very well and enjoyed every bite. A 5 out of 5 for everything and I would highly recommend anyone looking for the best steaks in Laramie. Make the time and don't waster your time because this is the place!!

Omg, what a gem!! We had the cedar planked salmon, house salad, and lobster Mac and cheese. It was all super fresh and delightfully tasty! We were beyond thrilled with finding this spot in Laramie. Service was great, food was incredible, and the patio is dog friendly. Positives all the way around!

This restaurant was the highlight of my visit to Laramie, Wyoming! The food was delicious. I had a steak that was cooked to perfection! You get two sides (I chose asparagus and sautéd mushrooms. Everything was prepared to perfection! The service was outstanding and our server was named Hope. She was perfect. Friendly and knowledgeable about the menu to the point where you can say "what do you suggest" and she'd come up with incredibly delicious suggestions. Hope introduced our table to the Cowboy Old Fashioned. It was the best mixed drink I've experienced in a long time! Come here often and when you do, ask for Hope. Drink a Cowboy Old Fashioned and enjoy anything on the menu! You'll thank me!
